Most of us are taught to change our bodies from the outside in, using diets, exercise and control based techniques. We are encouraged to have willpower, which is only temporary since it negates the body’s natural intuition and ability to self-correct.

I started hiding snacks around 10 years old, always afraid of what food would do to me.
I hated my pot belly and wished it was flat so I would be like my friends- happy.
I thought they were in on a secret. I did everything to deny what I wanted and manipulate my shape, but it never lasted.
In my early 20′s I was 30 pounds overweight. I tried to lose the weight but it seemed stuck.
Instead of deprivation again, I decided to try an experiment and gain 10 pounds. People thought I was crazy. Clearly what I had been doing to get thinner was not working. My system needed a reboot.
When I had permission to do things differently,
my emotional/spiritual appetite changed.
Effortlessly, my physical body started to let go of the excess.
I no longer needed to control my weight or manage my food.
This inspired me to create a radically intuitive process that is not about dieting, scales or self-hatred.
I want more out of life than counting calories and measuring my self worth by the scale.
I want to be more for life than a woman who is consumed by control and fear. Thinner Peace is that path.

Week 1: Reveal
In the first session, we will reveal your story.
Where have you been? Where are you now? What do you believe?
The power of being witnessed is profound, and bearing witness to others offers equal healing and enlightenment.
You will receive tools for recognizing thought patterns, understanding your relationship with food, your body and how it relates to the rest of your life.
Week 2: Release
In the second session, we will explore what you want to let go of.
At first, it you may think it’s all about losing that extra ten pounds, but we will dive into the thoughts, habits, relationships and layers that are blocking you from the body and life you want. It’s all connected.
When you realize your power and responsibility in shaping the your life through your body and food, letting go can be exhilarating. It can also be painful, uncomfortable and scary. We will be with you all the way.
Week 3: Restore
In the third session, we will start to bring your body and mind back to it’s natural state. From here, you can begin to make clear decisions based on your values instead of the expectations of other people.
You will learn to be at choice in your life, and how to tap into your infinite source of power and guidance.
Restoration is about replacing old patterns with new ones, in order to reprogram your mind, body and emotions. This makes the space for your intuition to guide you, and trust is reborn with your inner guidance system.
Week 4: Renew
When you know who you are and what you want, the shape of your body AND your life shifts.
Exploring your desires from a different foundation will allow your power and potential to unfold. It will also balance your body.
You may notice surprising desires, unexpected responses from people, energy you didn’t realize you had and a sense of grounding in your chosen perspectives and responses to life.
This is all about incorporating nourishment into your life- through cooking, meditating, praying, creating, loving, writing, moving- whatever speaks to you.
It is about receiving the guidance to live the life you are yearning for, and to become the woman you already are.
